Returns Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange the item or receive store credit within 3 days of the delivery date. In certain cases, and if approved by the store, a refund may be issued with a 20% restocking fee. We only accept items that are free from scratches, marks, resizing, alterations, or signs of wear; otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the store credit or refund.

For special orders—such as engraved items, special ring sizes, custom chain lengths, or personalized pendants—a 25% restocking fee will always apply, regardless of the item's condition.

Orders returned as “undeliverable” or refused by the recipient will be subject to a $29.95 fee, deducted from the total refund amount.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact us to arrange a return. We will repair the item and ship it back to you at no additional cost.

Return Process

The Quality Control Department of Voretza.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the returned product. Once your item is received and accepted, you will receive store credit for the purchase amount, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance costs. If you request a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Please allow 7–12 business days after receipt for your credit to be processed. Store credits are issued in the form of a gift card.

DO NOT send back any orders without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We are not responsible for lost jewelry sent without authorization.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@voretza.com or call (330) 328-3275 within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Custom orders (Cuban Link chains, Cuban Link bracelets, custom pendants, etc.): 20% restocking fee.
  • Regular orders: 6% restocking fee

How to return an item

Follow these 3 easy steps:

1. OBTAIN YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RMA):

Email us at info@voretza.com to request an RMA number. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RMA and detailed shipping and packaging instructions.

2. PACKAGE YOUR ORDER:

Repack the item in its original materials. To receive store credit or a refund, the original packaging and documentation must be included. Write the RMA number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift must also be returned; otherwise, the full retail price of the item will be charged.

3. SHIPPING & INSURANCE:

Ship the item prepaid to the address provided in your authorization email. For your protection, we recommend using insured UPS or USPS Express/Priority Mail. If the RMA number is not clearly labeled or the package is damaged/tampered with, it will be returned to sender.

Important: For security reasons, do not write “Voretza” or mention any jewelry, diamonds, gold, or similar content on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend all customers carefully inspect their packages upon delivery to ensure there is no damage or tampering. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email or text message with the order status and a tracking number to monitor your package directly with the carrier.

Important: We do not guarantee delivery times as we have no control over potential delays by the shipping carriers.

  • Non-custom products: up to 10 business days
  • Custom products: up to 15 business days
